Lower back pain can be caused by problems with the spinal muscles, nerves, bones, discs. This is the main reason for visiting the doctor. Internal structures such as the gallbladder and pancreas may also refer pain to the back. The risk of lower back injury is higher in people who are obese, who have a poor posture or weak back and abdominal muscles. Most ladies have a back pain problem after Nigerian. I have some yoga’s poses so you can take a relief in lower back pain.
Lay down on your heels and hold your hands in front of you. Stretch your hands and straighten your back. Stay in this position for 2 minutes. Do not strain your muscles in the back. Your back muscles will feel relaxed stress-free.
Lay down on the floor. Fold your legs. Now look at the right side and bend your legs at the left side .stretch your body 10 sec and then look at the left side and bend your legs at the right side. Repeat this exercise 10 times. You can feel relieve back pain.
Fists Forward Bend:-
Come back into standing position. Now bend your knees slightly. Bend as much as you can till your tummy touches your thighs. Make your hands into fists and place them on the opposite creases of the elbow. Relax all your body muscles and hold your fists tight.
Downward-facing dog pose:-
Come back into standing position. Bend your upper body. Put your hands on the floor. And slowly move forward with your hands. Your body looks like in a V shape.
