Bhujangasana for cervical:-
Bhujangasana is part of the sequence of yoga postures in Padma Sadhana and Surya Namaskar. Bhujangasana is an easy way to strengthen the back muscles. You should avoid this asana if you are pregnant or if you have had any abdominal surgery in the recent past.
Lie down on your stomach. Bring your hands to the front at the shoulder level, with palms resting on the floor.Move your neck slightly backwards so that the pose looks like a cobra.Take Breathe normally.
Dhanurasana (Bow Pose) is part of the Padma Sadhana sequence. This Yoga Pose is also useful for weight loss. It helps to reduce belly fat fast. It Strengthens ankles, thighs, groynes, chest and abdominal organs and spinal cord.
Lie Down on your stomach. Then catch the ankles with the hands.You will see that your body is now in the shape of a Bow. In this position, your whole weight will come on your abdomen. Only your stomach and pelvic area will touch the ground.Hold This position 15-20 seconds.Repeat this cycle 4-5 times.
Cow Face Arms:-
Just sit on the floor or bed. Fold your knee and the top surface of your feet touch the floor or bed.Move your right hand back.Bend your elbow.Take your left hand down bend elbow and reach your left hand up the centre of your back and try to hold the right hand.
