Just Lay on the yoga Sheet. Raise the legs to an angle of 90 degrees. Lift the waist and bring the legs forward. Hold the waist with the palms.Hold this Pose few minute.Repeat this asana 5 to 10 times.

Fish Pose:-

Fish asana is the most important asana in the thyroid. Fish Pose is a back-bending yoga posture that opens the chest, throat, and abdomen
Lay down on the Yoga sheet.Straight your legs properly.

Press your forearms and elbows into the floor and lift your chest to create an arch in your upper back. Lift your shoulder and move your head back and bring the crown of your head to the floor. There should be very little weight pressing through your head.Hold this pose few minutes and then repeat this 5-10 times.You can see unbelievable adults.

Camel Pose:-

Sit in the varajasana pose, stand on the knees.Now bend your body backwards and hold your heels with hands.
