Make a fist , wrap your thumb around your fingers. Hold it and release strongly and spread your fingers wide.Repeat this 4-5 times.
Hold your hand in front of you, palm facing you. Bend your fingertips down to touch the base of each finger joint.Hold for some seconds and release.Repeat this 4-5 times.
Put your hand on a table. Wrap a rubber around your hand. Gently move your thumb away from your fingers as far as you can.Hold 50 seconds and release.Repeat 4-5 times.
Take Hand front of you.Extend your hand , then fold your thumb , Thumb touches the base of your small figure.Hold 50 seconds and release.Repeat 4-5 times.
Squeeze a softball:-
For a grip-strengthening exercise, hold a softball in your palm and squeeze it hard for five seconds before releasing your grip. Work your way up to 10-15 repetitions.
