Water is an all-purpose wonder-substance. Water can help control our calories. Your skin needs plenty of water. So drinking water helps to keep skin glowing. Water also help kidney for its perfect operation. When you are getting enough liquid urine flows freely. If you chronically drink too little, you may be at higher risk for kidney stones. Drink at least 2 Litres of water a day instead of soft drinks.

5. Get adequate sleep :-

Sleep play an important role in everybody’s physical health. Sleep deficiency can increase a risk of Kidney problem, Heart Disease,Diabetes etc. So for avoiding this kind of ill effects one should take sufficient amount of sleep. If you’re getting enough sleep, you will wake up naturally without an alarm and also you’ll feel fresh both mentally and physically.
